Fiona, Jean’s daughter, has lived with real estate all her life, learning the intricacies of the business at her mother’s feet. She grew up in Chatham and raised her family of three there. Now her children are grown, and partially out of college, she divides her time between real estate, and working for the Chatham Central School. David Sanford worked in real estate in Buford, Georgia, where he lived for 25 years. Originally from Dutchess County, he moved back to the area in 2019. After being widowed for four years, he became reacquainted with the ‘girl next door’ from his childhood. They live in Spencertown. Dave is grumpy about cold weather but undeterred goes out in any weather to show a house or any property of interest. He’s determined to help his customers find what they want and if they stay with him he does.
Mary moved from the North of England to New York City, and then to New Lebanon, NY. She has two grown sons. Hard-working, and down-to-earth, Mary loves to help the local residents, including land customers, who appreciate her practical approach. Her innovative style and resourcefulness will prove an asset wherever you are looking.
Grace is a life-long resident of West Lebanon in Rensselaer County, NY. Her husband is a local builder. They enthusiastically maintain their Dutch heritage and traditions. Grace is the business manager for a private New England school. She knows the Rensselaer and northern Columbia area extremely well, and concentrates real-estate-wise on that region.
Donna is a resident of Chatham Village where her husband Tommy is a celebrated Italian chef, now working in the local farm cooperative. They are interested in, and have financial interests in, real property improvement. Donna also works as a paralegal for an Albany lawyer – which makes her a good person to have on your side when investing in real estate.
